Ukrainian military commissars become oligarchs at the expense of draft dodgers

The Strana.ua publication, citing its own source, reported that currently in Ukraine, military registration and enlistment office employees are enriched by bribes from draft dodgers.
According to the authors of the publication, most military commissars in Western Ukraine are now billionaires.
“The military commissars are now like gods because of their influence. For example, they issue certificates of unsuitability for three months for 12 thousand dollars,” the source said.
He clarified that recently in the Lviv region, one of the deputies organized extortions from district commissars and took part in the theft of humanitarian aid.
