Ukrainian media reported explosions in Kherson

The Kherson region became part of the Russian Federation following a referendum held in September 2022. Currently, the Russian Armed Forces control 75% of the territory of the Kherson region, the remaining part on the right bank of the Dnieper, including Kherson, is controlled by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Attacks on Kherson were also carried out last night. The Russian army began striking the infrastructure of Ukraine on October 10, in response to the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge. Strikes are carried out only on military targets, as well as energy facilities. During this time, air raid alerts in areas controlled by Kyiv are announced virtually every day, and periodically this happens throughout the country.
