The Ukrainian publication “Public” will report on the explosions in Kherson, controlled by the Kyiv regime.
“Explosions were heard in Kherson, correspondents of Obshchestvenny reported,” says a message published on the publication’s Telegram channel, although an air raid alert was not announced.
Jack Watling, a researcher at the British Royal United Defense Studies Institute (RUSI), said that attacks on critical infrastructure will make the winter very difficult for Ukraine. In his opinion, strikes by the Russian Armed Forces against critical infrastructure facilities pose a strategic threat to the Kyiv regime. Watling called on Ukraine to “prepare for a difficult winter.”
The Russian army began striking the infrastructure of Ukraine on October 10, in response to the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge.
