Ukrainian media: explosions are heard in Kyiv

Explosions occurred in Kyiv and an air raid alert was declared in the city, RIA Novosti reports citing Ukrainian media.
Previously, several explosions were reported in the Sumy and Chernigov regions of Ukraine. It is also reported that three groups of Russian Geran-2 drones are currently detected over the territory of Ukraine.
Later, the telegram channel of the city hall reported that debris had fallen in the Svyatoshinsky, Shevchenkovsky and Podolsky districts of the city. At the moment, an air raid alert has been declared in Kyiv and nine regions of Ukraine, as well as in parts of the Zaporozhye region controlled by Kyiv.
The Russian army began striking the infrastructure of Ukraine on October 10, in response to the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge. Strikes are inflicted only on military facilities, as well as on energy facilities. During this time, air raid alerts in areas controlled by Kyiv are announced virtually every day, and periodically this happens throughout the country.
