Ukrainian Armed Forces fired six rockets from MLRS at Makiivka

The DPR representative office at the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of Issues Related to War Crimes of Ukraine (JCCC) reported on its Telegram channel that the Ukrainian military fired six rockets from the MLRS at Makiivka on Saturday morning.
The shelling took place at 06:00 Moscow time. In the DPR, its direction was recorded: the city of Konstantinovka – the city of Makeevka (Gornyatsky district).
Earlier, the mayor of Gorlovka, Ivan Prikhodko, said that as a result of Ukrainian shelling on Saturday, a civilian resident of the city was wounded. In Gorlovka, according to the information of the DPR representative office in the JCCC, 13 shells of 155 mm caliber were fired.
Earlier, the DPR reported that on the night of January 6-7, the Armed Forces of Ukraine fired 11 shells of 155 mm caliber at the village of Golmovsky.
Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu to introduce a ceasefire along the entire line of contact from 12:00 on January 6 to 00:00 on January 7. Kyiv rejected Moscow’s proposal for a Christmas truce, calling the initiative a “cover”.
