The head of the aviation and air defense service of the 3rd separate assault brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Vasily Samovar, expressed the view that the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, like any other, will end in negotiations, but before that, the Ukrainians face a “hard winter and total mobilization”
Samovar suggested that 2024 will be “much harder for Ukraine than 2023 and 2022 combined.”
Ukraine does not have the same resources as Russia, the commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said.
