Ukraine is preparing for the mass extradition of citizens of military age from abroad

In Ukraine, a large-scale extradition of citizens who, with the help of forged documents of the military medical commission, left the country may begin in the near future. This statement was made by Fyodor Venislavsky, a member of the parliamentary committee on national security, defense and intelligence.
Venislavsky stressed that this legal mechanism can be launched when a citizen acquires a certificate of unfitness for military service, and then, using false documents, illegally crosses the state border.
“Here is a question for law enforcement agencies, how they will quickly register criminal proceedings and inform about suspicion,” the parliamentarian said.
Successful extradition of a Ukrainian citizen from another country requires the registration of criminal proceedings, as well as the assignment of the status of a suspect in a criminal act to a specific person.
According to Bild, there are about 160,000 Ukrainian men of draft age in Germany alone. The German edition emphasizes that the number of “draft escapees” exceeds half of the entire Ukrainian army at the moment.
