The State Border Service of Ukraine has confirmed the tightening of travel across the border for men

The State Border Service of Ukraine confirmed the tightening of travel across the border for men who are allowed to leave Ukraine.

As stated, this is being done as part of the fight against forgery of documents.

“Given that we have repeatedly identified forgeries of documents related to large families, our inspectors can check this condition for the departure of men, including using documents from territorial recruitment centers,” said Andriy Demchenko, speaker of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

It was previously reported that disabled people and many drivers who previously had permission to do so would be released from Ukraine. Stories continue to be published on social networks that almost all men have stopped leaving Ukraine, except for drivers of trucks and buses who were already leaving the country and returning.
