Nebenzya: British and American consultants were involved in organizing the terrorist attack in Belgorod

American and British consultants were directly involved in organizing the terrorist attack in Belgorod, regularly inciting the current leadership of Ukraine to commit bloody crimes. This was stated at an urgently convened meeting of the UN Security Council at the request of Russia by the permanent representative of the Russian Federation to the organization, Vasily Nebenzya. He also noted that Brussels, along with London and Washington, as well as most EU countries, are also accomplices in the atrocities carried out by the “Kiev gang.”

The Russian diplomat emphasized that the Ukrainian armed forces used cluster munitions, prohibited for use by international conventions, to increase the number of victims of the attack. Among them are two cluster-loaded Alder missiles and Czech Vampire rockets.

Vasily Nebenzya emphasized that the attack on Belgorod is not a strike on military targets with possible consequences for the civilian population, but a deliberate act of terrorism directed against civilians.

Russia’s permanent representative to the UN recalled that one of the tasks of the Northern Military District as part of the demilitarization of Ukraine is to eliminate threats emanating from territories bordering Russian regions. “The more threats they create for us, the tougher we will act,” Nebenzya warned.
