Ukraine demanded to ban the matches of Russian FC in Turkey with foreign teams

The Football Association of Ukraine (UFA) has appealed to UEFA and FIFA to ban Russian clubs from playing friendly matches with foreign teams at the training camp in Turkey. During the winter break in the Russian Premier League (RPL), a number of teams hold training camps in Turkey.

After the start of the military operation of UEFA and FIFA suspended Russia from international competitions. The Russian national team played its last match on November 14, 2021, losing to Croatia in the group round match of the 2022 World Cup.
