Ukraine demanded that Russian wrestlers not be allowed to participate in the Olympic Games
The National Olympic Committee of Ukraine said it has demanded that the International Olympic Committee ban some Russian and Belarusian wrestlers from participating in the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.
The letter to the IOC was also signed by the heads of the Ministry of Sports of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Wrestling Association, the report says.
The athletes allegedly “violate the requirements of neutrality,” the letter states.
