Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Ukraine equated itself with state sponsors of terrorism by attacking the Kremlin. According to him, after this incident, the Russian authorities will take all necessary security measures.
“This is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable terrorist activity by the state. We believe that in this way Ukraine actually equates itself with state sponsors of terrorism. Not even legally, but de facto, in fact,” said Mr. Peskov in an interview with the ATV channel (Republic of Srpska, an entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
Dmitry Peskov believes that the attack on the Kremlin is “an attempt to carry out a terrorist act against the head of the Russian state.”

Russian authorities blamed Ukraine for the attack. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that his country was not involved in the incident. After that, 40 Russian regions introduced a ban on drone flights.
