Ukraine and the European Union have signed a memorandum on the provision of 18 billion euros of macro-financial assistance to Kyiv, Prime Minister Denys Shmygal said on his social media page.
“Ukraine and the EU have just signed a memorandum of understanding on the provision of 18 billion euros of macro-financial assistance. This week we expect to receive a tranche in the amount of 3 billion euros,” Shmyhal said.
