UK authorities removed Oleg Tinkov from the sanctions list
Russian businessman Oleg Tinkov was removed from the sanctions list of the United Kingdom. This is reported by the British Ministry of Finance, referring to the relevant document.
“This entry has been excluded from the consolidated list, it is no longer subject to sanctions involving the seizure of assets and a ban on the provision of trust services …”, – it is written in the annex to the list of sanctions.
The reasons for the decision taken by the British authorities are not specified.
In March of this year, the businessman sent a petition to the British Foreign Office, in which he asked to be removed from the sanctions lists.
