British Defense Secretary Ben Wallace said in an interview with the Times that he would gladly accept a job in a bar after resigning. His words are quoted by RIA Novosti.
According to him, he would like to “return to normal life outside of politics and defense.”
“I’m quite happy to work in a bar,” he said, adding that he also enjoys watching Formula 1 races or horse racing.
He previously confirmed in an interview with The Times that he intends to leave his post this fall and leave politics altogether. Deputy Treasury Secretary for Economic Affairs John Glen, Deputy Foreign Minister for Indo-Pacific Affairs Anne-Marie Trevelyan, and Deputy Interior Minister for Security Affairs Tom Tugendhat can apply for Wallace’s place.
