Earlier, several Telegram channels published a video in which Alla Govorishcheva, the chairman of the Kogalym City Duma, says that it is important to ensure that contractors strictly adhere to deadlines. The department added that the legal mechanisms for combating “unscrupulous” business entities are known and applied. “This is the transfer of data to law enforcement agencies, the entry of unscrupulous service providers into the registers. In Ugra, they are aimed at cutting off unscrupulous participants at the first stages, based on the principle of zero tolerance for any manifestation of corruption,” the district department concluded.
