Sochi hosts the Summer Paralympic Games “We are together. Sport”, in which 32 Ugra sportsmen with POD, visual impairments and intellectual disabilities take part.
Our compatriots compete in athletics, swimming, para-taekovndo and chess. The Ugra residents have already won several medals: swimmers Anastasia Gontar and Anton Baltachev took two gold medals, athletes Olesya Baysarina, Evgeny Demin, Sergey Makhov, Alexander Pyatkov and Ivan Teterin won silver medals, and Rinat Khabibrakhmanov became a bronze medalist.
