Ufa will host the Russian biathlon championship among juniors and juniors

On September 16, the Russian biathlon championship among juniors and juniors aged 19 to 21 starts in Ufa. The competitions will be held in the sports complex of the Biathlon Olympic Reserve School, and the opening ceremony will take place at ten o’clock in the morning.
The championship will be held from September 15 to 22, and almost 200 athletes from 29 regions of the country will take part in it. Bashkiria will be represented by 12 boys and three girls. Minister of Sports of Bashkiria Ruslan Khabibov noted that biathlon is one of the key sports for the republic.
– The Bashkir biathlon has a rich history and a great future. We are always ready to host competitions of any level,” he said. – I wish all the participants of the Russian Biathlon Championship great luck, strength, patience and maximum will to win! May the strongest win!
The guests of the event will be Deputy Prime Minister of the Government Irek Sagitov, Minister of Sports Ruslan Khabibov, State Duma Deputy Rima Batalova, Mayor of Ufa Ratmir Mavliev, Chairman of the Biathlon and Ski Racing Federation of Bashkiria Maxim Chudov, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Physical Culture and Sports Anton Shipulin and others.
