Tyumen residents won second place at the All-Russian sports aerobics competition

Athletes from all over the country – 707 participants under the age of 20 – came to the regional capital for the All-Russian competition “Tyumen Meridian”.
Tyumen hosted masters from the Novosibirsk, Rostov regions, Perm Territory, the Republic of Khakassia, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug and Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. This year, guys from St. Petersburg and Primorsky Krai joined.
As reported by the regional department of physical culture, sports and additional education, competitions were held in several disciplines. Among them are individual performances, mixed pairs, and trios. Winners were determined in each.
In the overall team competition, the team from the Novosibirsk region won first place, our fellow countrymen came second, and athletes from St. Petersburg rounded out the top three.
