Two sports events started in the village of Zalari

In the village of Zalari, Irkutsk region, two sporting events started at once. A stage of the All-Russian marathon “Land of Sports” and regional summer rural sports games are held there. This was reported by the press service of the regional government.
The sports complex, which was renovated last year, became the competition ground.
Marathon “Land of Sports” this year is held for the first time throughout the country. The program includes: exercises according to the TRP standards, power extreme, family relay races and other types of activities. More than 500 people take part in the summer rural sports games in the Angara region. They will include volleyball and mini-lapta tournaments, track and field athletics, kettlebell lifting and gorogo sports, tug-of-war competitions, as well as competitions of sports families, milkers and machine operators.
