Two protocols were drawn up against the former organizer of the Russian Marches, Dmitry Demushkin, on discrediting the Russian armed forces (AF), follows from file cabinets court cases of the Tverskoy Court of Moscow. Dmitry Demushkin reported “RIA News”that no one officially notified him of the protocols being drawn up. “Usually, I was first interrogated at the police department, and then taken to court or asked to sign an obligation to appear. There was no such thing that the case ended up in court before the interrogation,” said Mr. Demushkin, noting that he did not even guess what the protocols were specifically drawn up for.
According to Dmitry Demushkin, he will not be able to come to court in the next two weeks, as he has just undergone knee surgery.
The sanction of the article, according to which the protocols were drawn up, provides for a fine of 30-50 thousand rubles.
November 8 FSB officers held Dmitry Demushkin’s house is being searched. Then he said that he was suspected of calling for activities directed against the security of the state (part 3 of article 280.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
“On Friday I went to the FSB, they returned my phone. They said they found nothing, no complaints. They advised to comment less on foreign policy, there was no talk about any fakes, ”said Mr. Demukshin today, November 23. He suggested that the criminal case was never opened, since the phone was not attached as material evidence, and he himself was not interrogated.
After the start of the military operation in Ukraine, Dmitry Demushkin criticized the fighting.
