Two independent observers who were at polling stations in Gelendzhik received summonses to the army, RBC reports.
It is noted that it was planned to serve the summons even earlier, on Thursday, but they did it when the opportunity arose.
At the same time, earlier one observer refused to accept the summons, and the second was handed to his father, who was also registered with the military. Both did not appear at the military registration and enlistment office.
“Their location was clarified, and summonses to come to the military registration and enlistment office were handed over in person,” the Gelendzhik administration said in a statement.
At present, the decree ending the mobilization has not been signed. In July 2023, the government approved the form of the mobilization agenda for the first time.
