Twitter will pay verified users for ads in replies

Microblogging service Twitter has introduced a new way to monetize content for owners of verified accounts – authors will be paid for posting ads in responses. For these purposes, the company allocated $ 5 million. The owner of the social network, Elon Musk, announced the innovations on his Twitter.

The new monetization method will be available only to verified users, ad impressions will also be counted only by verified users.
