TV presenter Tatyana Lazareva fined 30,000 rubles for not marking a foreign agent

The Presnensky Court of Moscow fined 30 thousand rubles. TV presenter and actress Tatyana Lazareva (recognized as a foreign agent) for lack of marking. This was reported to TASS in the press service of the court.
Ministry of Justice turned on Tatyana Lazareva to the register of foreign agents on July 22, 2022. September 2 last year by a foreign agent was announced and husband of TV presenter Mikhail Shats. Ms. Lazareva and Mr. Schatz criticized Russia’s military operation in Ukraine.
At the end of May 2023 Roskomnadzor made up in relation to the TV presenter, the protocol under Part 4 of Art. 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for the lack of marking in materials published in personal accounts on social networks. Since 2016, Tatyana Lazareva has been living in Spain.
