Turkish Airlines explained why Russian citizens were denied flights to South America. A representative of the carrier said that it follows the rules of entry into Argentina, writes NEWS.ru.

According to the rules, tourists arriving in the country are required to provide round-trip tickets, as well as a hotel reservation for the entire period of their stay.
