Turchak threatened a Kursk deputy who ate shrimp in Mexico with a “Wagner sledgehammer”

Secretary of the General Council of United Russia, First Deputy Head of the Federation Council Andrey Turchak reacted harshly to a video that appeared the day before, in which Maksim Vasiliev, a deputy of the Kursk Regional Duma, drinks a cocktail, eats shrimp in Mexico and says hello to friends. Previously MP criticized Governor of the Kursk region Roman Starovoit.

According to Turchak, some people’s deputies allow themselves to “warm rolls” in foreign resorts, when the whole country is working for the front, and residents of the border Kursk region are under fire.

“The height of cynicism and inhumanity. No Motherland, no flag. No honor, no dignity. No brains,” Turchak wrote on his Telegram channel.

He also advised Vasiliev and his wife Svetlana, who is a member of the United Russia party and sits in the Kursk City Assembly, to resign.

“I don’t know what will induce the Vasilievs to make this decision: “Wagner’s sledgehammer”, “Starovoit’s kick” or the realization of their insignificance, albeit belatedly, but I hope that after the New Year holidays the ranks of Kursk deputies will thin out,” summed up Turchak.

Maxim Vasiliev responded to criticism from Starovoit and Turchak. In an interview with the Podyem Telegram channel, he stated that he was elected to the regional Duma as a self-nominated candidate, so only voters can decide whether to resign. At the same time, he noted that the opinion of the governor is important to him and he respects him and his team. He also called Andriy Turchak’s opinion important.

At the same time, Vasilyev explained that he did not post this video on the Web, but recorded it as a joke only for family and friends.
