Tumat Ondar from Tuva – champion of the All-Russian judo competitions

According to the Ministry of Sports of Tuva, six athletes from our republic participated in the All-Russian competitions among juniors and juniors under 23 years old in judo. The competition was dedicated to the memory of the famous coach and Kuzbass judoist Alexander Bebenin and took place in the city of Novokuznetsk. The tournament brought together about 100 athletes from 24 regions of Russia. The winners won the right to participate in the Russian Championship.
All six wrestlers – Tumat Ondar, Tumen Ondar, Daiza Ondar, Sai-Demir Ondar, Anzat Sarygbay, Alexandra – showed persistent struggle and the will to win. Tumat Ondar won in the 66 kilogram weight category and fulfilled the standard for master of sports in judo. Now the Russian Championship awaits him.
