The son of former US President Donald Trump expressed doubts about the credibility of Congress’ warning about a possible threat to national security from Russia.
In a post on the social network Truth Social, Trump Jr. expressed surprise that the leak of information about a serious threat from Russia could happen so quickly.
“Are we really supposed to believe that a leak about a serious threat from Russia magically happened 30 seconds after the Speaker of the House said he would not support a bill to allocate a new $60 billion to Ukraine?” – he noted.
He stressed that only a “dumb enough” person would believe in such a connection. Trump Jr. also called it a manifestation of “deep state propaganda.”
