Trump proposed financing Ukraine with debt
Former President of the United States of America Donald Trump suggested that the US administration provide assistance to Kyiv in the form of loans.
According to him, representatives of the US administration are currently planning to allocate another $60 billion to Ukraine.
“Do it differently. Lend them these funds. If Kyiv can, it will pay them back; if it cannot, it will not pay,” Trump said at a campaign event in North Charleston.
He clarified that now Ukraine is like an athlete who needs a loan to start his professional career.
