Trump named the time of his arrest

The formal arrest time for the 45th President of the United States, Donald Trump, is 19:30 US East Coast time (02:30 Moscow time on August 25). The politician himself spoke about this.
He confirmed that he was going to Georgia from New Jersey, where he would appear in prison for an arrest in an election interference case.
At the same time, Donald Trump’s defense notified the court of Fulton County (Georgia) that the politician did not agree with the appointment of the start of the trial on October 23. The lawyers did not name the reason for the disagreement, however, they indicated the intention of the ex-president to petition for the separation of his case into a separate proceeding from the case of Kenneth John Chesbrough, who asked the court to expedite the consideration.
Earlier, Trump announced that he would proudly go under arrest, since no one in the United States has yet fought for the purity of the elections as he did. At the same time, the accusations against the former US President completely deniescalling them politically motivated.
The arrest procedure will take place a few hours after the start of the primary debate of the Republican Party, to participate in which Trump won’t. However, this does not prevent him from 46% ahead of his nearest rival in the 2024 election, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
