Deputy Chairman of the Board for Operator Activities and Development of User Services of the Avtodor State Company Konstantin Makiyev on Wednesday announced fares for the entire M-12 Moscow-Nizhny Novgorod-Kazan highway after its launch in 2023. “Without a discount on a transponder, the fare will be about 3,000 rubles,” he said. “As part of the loyalty program that we have, a 15% discount will be available for those users who regularly travel on roads.”
The M-12 highway, worth about 800 billion rubles, has been under construction since 2020. On September 8, 2022, the first section of the road between the Central Ring Road and A-108 in the Moscow Region was opened, by the end of the year Avtodor plans to open two more in the Vladimir Region.
