Transfers: Auxerre recruits Gideon Mensah at RB Salzburg

In search of a left side since the opening of the summer transfer window, AJ Auxerre formalized this Saturday the recruitment for three seasons of Gideon Mensah, who signed a three-year contract.
The 24-year-old Ghanaian international (11 caps) was loaned to Bordeaux last season by RB Salzburg. With the Girondins, Mensah played 23 matches in Ligue 1 (13 starts).
Mensah was under contract with the Austrian club until 2024.
