According to the acting deputy mayor of the capital for transport, Maxim Liksutov, 206 systems with a neural network will begin to ensure that the passenger in the car remains buckled on the road.
The preventive measure for such an offense is prescribed in Article 12.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. It says that “driving a vehicle by a driver who is not wearing a seat belt, and transporting passengers who are not wearing seat belts, entails a fine of 1,000 rubles.”
