“Tractor” celebrated the first victory of the season

In the third home match of the KHL championship, Traktor managed to get the first victory. Anvar Gatiyatulin’s team beat Avtomobilist Yekaterinburg 4:3 in overtime thanks to Anton Burdasov’s brace. Also washers from Chelyabinsk on account of Teemu Pulkkinen and Petr Khokhrakov.

In the third period, Anton Burdasov showed class and equalized the score in the 47th minute. And soon the stands celebrated the striker’s hat-trick, however, the judges gave the goal to Teemu Pulkkinen. It was he who sent the puck into the goal with finishing after Anton’s throw. Traktor could have won in regular time, but Sergey Mylnikov’s mistake let him down. He missed after throwing Curtis Wolf from an acute angle.
In overtime, the teams played for a very short time. Petr Khokhryakov ran one on one with the goalkeeper and an accurate shot brought Traktor’s first win of the season.
4:3 – an important victory and the first two points in the championship. Traktor will continue the season on the road – on September 9, they will play in Ufa against Salavat Yulaev.
