Igor Larionov revealed many new talents in Torpedo that were previously not known to the general public. One of the brightest in the current Torpedo lineup is Vasily Atanasov. In 36 matches of the current regular season, Vasily scored 34 points thanks to 18 goals and 16 assists.
The ProHockeyRumours website stated that Vasily Atanasov may soon attract the attention of NHL clubs.
