Torpedo futsal players took revenge in the second match against Tyumen

The Nizhny Novgorod Torpedo futsal players continue to compete in the regular championship of the PARI-Super League for the 2023-2024 season. The team from Nizhny Novgorod has been playing in the elite of Russian futsal for four seasons in a row and has now been able to gain experience that allows them to compete for the highest places. After 24 matches played in the current regular season, Torpedo is in 5th place in the standings, second only to rivals Ukhta, Gazprom-Yugra and Norilsk Nickel.

In the second match of the away series against Tyumen, the Nizhny Novgorod team managed to win the coveted victory. The black and greens made the right conclusions from the first match and scored the most important 3 points, which allowed them to maintain their place among the strongest teams in the standings. The main moments of the meeting happened in the second half, when Torpedo was able to hold back the attacking onslaught of Tyumen and score 2 goals. At the end of the final siren, the score was 4:2 in favor of Torpedo.

Torpedo will play its next matches of the regular season on January 20 and 21. Nizhny Novgorod will host New Generation at their home arena.
