Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev believes that the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to Astana during a rare natural phenomenon is a good sign. He made this statement on Thursday, November 9, at a meeting with the head of the Russian state at the capital’s residence.
Tokayev said that when Putin arrived in the capital of Kazakhstan, a crescent moon appeared in the sky, accompanied by very bright stars.
“This is a very rare occurrence. Today I brought this to the attention of those people who were present at the airport. This is a very good good sign,” said Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
Earlier, the head of Kazakhstan said that Vladimir Putin’s visit to the country is of great political and historical significance.
Currently, the heads of state are holding negotiations in a narrow format. It is planned that Presidents Putin and Tokayev will sign agreements for a total of $100 million, and three-year cooperation program.
