The Nasha Pravda Foundation, established by the DAR and Gradislava foundations, has concluded an agreement with United Russia (ER) on cooperation to implement humanitarian projects in the zone of the special military operation, the party’s press service said. The signing took place on April 18 at the Central Executive Committee (CEC). “Joint activities of the party and the foundation involve support for United Russia volunteers, assistance to military personnel participating in the special operation, as well as the collection of humanitarian aid, the purchase of equipment and medicines, the delivery of these goods to the front line and residents of new regions,” the message says.

On behalf of the United Russia, the agreement was signed by the head of the CEC, Alexander Sidyakin, on the part of the fund, a member of the supervisory board of Nasha Pravda, the general director of Gradislava, Ivan Karabinsky. The new fund has already taken part in sending a batch of special equipment to the special operation zone. On April 15, Secretary of the United Russia General Council, First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Andrey Turchak handed her over to the front line soldiers, the United Russia website reported. It is noted that the Nasha Pravda Foundation, in cooperation with the founders and with the support of United Russia, implements humanitarian projects aimed at supporting the units of the Russian army and the population in the zone of the special operation.

The creation of a large fund will allow the accumulation of funds that will be directed to any needs related to the special operation, without unnecessary bureaucratic delays, Sidyakin explained to Vedomosti, whether it is the purchase of equipment or technology. He did not disclose the founder of the fund and the sources of funds to Vedomosti.

The Nasha Pravda Foundation was registered on March 21, according to the SPARK database. Its office is located in the house number 25 in Moscow on Kotelnicheskaya embankment, the general director of the fund is Alexander Brovchenko. His full namesake was the Deputy Chief of Staff of the State Center for Unmanned Aviation of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation for Communications and Radio Engineering, follows from the information on the website of the military department. The founder of Gradislava was Leonid Rubtsov, the founder of the DAR fund is Levit LLC, the head of Novatek, Leonid Mikhelson.

The need for such a fund is ripe, says a source in the party: “Previously, in order to cover certain needs in the war zone, we were forced to look for a separate sponsor for each specific task. As a result, they could not close an infinite number of questions for a long time, they hung for several months. Now, United Russia explains, it has become possible to cover the needs for reconnaissance equipment, transport, thermal imagers, etc. – everything that the party leadership regularly brings to the operation zone.

Basically, the Ministry of Defense works quickly and helps with the purchase of equipment, the source says, but “they have priority tasks” related to the provision of weapons, etc. “And we can help the department with the help of the fund,” he adds.
