According to Ural Mash, since December 2023, accidents on communication systems have regularly occurred in Sovetsky. On one day, 17 such incidents occurred. It is reported that in kindergartens and schools the temperature is below normal, as a result of which children and schoolchildren have to sleep in clothes and sit at their desks in down jackets.
“I would like to present Evgeny Ivanovich with an honorary symbol for his progress in the collapse of the housing and communal services of the Sovetsky district. This key will help you.
