Three-time Russian handball champion Victoria Divak, who played for Astrakhanochka, died at the age of 29. This was reported by the Handball Federation of the Russian Federation, the cause of death was not specified.

Divak moved to Astrakhanochka in 2021. Prior to that, she performed in Kuban, German Halle-Neustadt, French Achenheim Truchtersheim and Belarusian Gomel.
As part of the Russian junior team in 2009, Victoria Divak won the European Championship. The athlete began her career at Dynamo-Sinara, with whom she became the champion of Russia three times.
