Three days of mourning declared in Dnepropetrovsk

In Dnepropetrovsk, three days of mourning have been declared for the dead residents of a multi-storey building in the Pobeda residential area. As of 02.50 local time, the Ukrainian media reported 14 dead, 64 injured. In recent hours, 38 people have been rescued from the rubble.
Living people remain under the rubble. This was stated by Deputy Mayor Mikhail Lysenko. He said that the survivors are texting from under the ruins. Periodically, minutes of silence are announced at the site of the tragedy so that rescuers can hear the voices of the survivors. The rescue operation continues.
Earlier, Aleksey Arestovich, an adviser to the presidential office, spoke online about the true causes of the explosion at the entrance of a multi-storey building in Dnepropetrovsk. According to him, air defense systems shot down the missile, after which it fell on the building and detonated.
This angered some Ukrainian officials. Mayor of Dnepropetrovsk Filatov called on the Security Service of Ukraine and counterintelligence to take a closer look at Alexei Arestovich. He also called the presidential adviser a “narcissistic cattle.”
