Threads has new repost functions – Kommersant

The Threads social network (owned by Meta, which is recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation) has announced new repost functions: now users will be able to see them both in the chronological feed and on a separate tab. This was stated by the head of Instagram Adam Mosseri in his Threads profile.

According to Mr. Mosseri, the function of reposts in the feed was one of the most anticipated by users of the social network. On a separate tab, you can see all the publications that the user has reposted.

Previous Threads added the ability to view posts liked by the user. Also head of Meta Mark Zuckerberg said he was pleased with how quickly the development team is implementing new features in Threads. He is confident that the app’s audience trajectory will keep him going for a long time. In the coming weeks, the app will also will appear web version and search.
