The Russian government introduced to the State Duma billwhich proposes to prohibit persons with a criminal record for crimes against the sexual integrity of minors from visiting children’s educational institutions and places of recreation for children.

In the explanatory (.pdf) the note to the bill clarifies that the specified category of persons will also be prohibited from visiting facilities “using open flat children’s play and children’s sports infrastructure.” The exception is when the supervised person is the child’s parent and accompanies him.
