The singer Monetochka (real name – Elizaveta Gyrdymova) was demanded to be recognized as a foreign agent. Vitaly Borodin, head of the Federal Project on Security and Combating Corruption, came up with such an initiative. He sent a corresponding letter to the Prosecutor General of Russia Igor Krasnov, which leads the portal Life. In an interview with the portal, Mr. Borodin said that the singer’s apartment in Moscow should be confiscated.

The author of the letter asks to recognize the singer as a foreign agent because of a video from a performance at a concert in Lithuania, where she holds a blue-and-white flag in her hands and shouts “Glory to Ukraine”, “Russia will be free” and “Long live Belarus”.

“We ask, if there are grounds … to bring to administrative responsibility for the commission of an administrative offense under Part 1 of Art. 20.3.3. Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation; consider the issue of recognizing E.A. Gyrdymova as a foreign agent,” the letter says.

Vitaly Borodin proposed to withdraw a Moscow apartment from Monetochka. “It is necessary to seize real estate from these citizens on the territory of the Russian Federation. I think it will be right,” said Mr. Borodin in a conversation with the portal.
