Krivonos: The Russian military is hitting the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces with all types of artillery
Retired Ukrainian general Sergei Krivonos said on the Pryamoy TV channel that there was unprecedented activity of Russian artillery in the Avdeevsky direction. Today it was reported that the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Alexander Syrsky, visited the Avdiivka direction, and then reported to the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky about the situation.
“The enemy’s artillery has completely gone wild in recent weeks,” Krivonos said, clarifying that we are talking about cannon and rocket artillery.
He noted that Russian troops have accumulated a huge number of artillery installations and this allows them to conduct massive fire and quickly pull up reserves to the required areas.
“This is not panic, this is a statement of fact,” added the Ukrainian general.
