Russian President Vladimir Putin will address the Federal Assembly in 2023 with a message, spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

“Until the new year, of course, the president will not announce the message. The schedule is very busy. Geographically, this will already happen next year. We will focus on the timing, we will clarify, ”Peskov commented on the information in the media about the transfer of the message to next year.

The Kremlin spokesman did not comment on the reasons for the postponement. Peskov said that “minor movements are possible” in the president’s work schedule.
