“There was no agenda? Consider it already there”: the mobilization story of a Moscow IT specialist

– It happened on October 12, at 13.30 at Losinoostrovskaya station. The husband went to order a certificate of non-conviction for further employment as an IT specialist at the hospital. N.N. Burdenko. He had a certificate in his hands confirming that they were waiting for him there as an IT specialist to establish communication with the special contingent, Pavel’s wife, who was left alone with her 4-month-old daughter, told MK.

According to the young woman, Pavel left the station, a police officer approached him, introducing himself as a district police officer.

– He asked his husband to show the documents, having received the passport in his hands, the district police officer hid it and offered to get on the bus, they say, my husband, according to the age group, is undergoing mobilization and will now be checked at the military commissariat. He said that they would simply check the database, if the husband is not on the lists, then they will let him go home, – said Ekaterina.

According to the woman, her husband was absolutely calm and confident that he would return home – the fact is that Pavel did not receive a summons either to work or home.

Pavel and the rest of the detainees were taken by bus to VDNKh and seated in a pavilion that looked like a cinema hall.

– A little later, I found out that the Babushkinsky military registration and enlistment office was located at VDNKh.

On the Internet, I saw that there was a field mobilization point, – Katya said.

Pavel immediately declared that no summons had come to him, and in general, he would have a reservation – from day to day he had to work in the hospital.

– There they began to check and it turned out that Pavel really did not receive anything. Then, apparently, the military commissar for the Babushkinsky district, lieutenant colonel, says to him: “Here, consider it.” But in the end, the agenda was not issued.

According to Ekaterina, no medical examination was carried out, the future fighters were not even measured the temperature. But they immediately offered to change clothes – there was a military uniform on the bench, and documents on top.

– They said: “Fill it out, this is for a salary card. Whether you want to fill it in or not, it’s your money.” The guys realized that there was nothing to be done, so they went and filled it up – once they were mobilized. – said Katya.

According to the young woman, there were men with Pavel who had a reservation. However, they did not deal with such a trifle there, they assured that the armored ones would then be checked and those who really had it would be allowed to go home.

– At about 18.00, my husband and the rest of the guys were put on a bus, taken to a collection point near Moscow. There, no one dealt with the reservation. Everyone was simply unloaded, fed dinner and laid in the barracks. At midnight, an SMS message came from my husband that in the morning they were moving to Mulino, Nizhny Novgorod. In the morning, I really received a photo from my husband of how he got on the bus, – said the wife of the mobilized.

The bus rode all day with the mobilized in parts, but in none of them were young people expected. As a result, by the evening it was decided to return to Mulino

– In the morning there was distribution, in the morning they took away phones, they said to buy push-button ones. I sent money to my husband. He got in touch only in the evening and said that for the time being he was assigned to a self-propelled artillery regiment.

Most of all, Catherine is outraged that her husband was not allowed to get together normally and say goodbye to his family – after all, the couple recently had a daughter.

– He was not even given the opportunity to pack and say goodbye to his relatives! I was left at home alone with a baby … In addition, there is still no agenda. Initially, she was not there, and the military commissariat did not extradite her. Now I can’t fill out the mobilization appeal form at public services, because the summons number is required, but there isn’t one! I have already sent complaints to the Prosecutor’s Office, to the military commissariat of the city of Moscow, to the Ministry of Defense, to deputies and senators, – said Ekaterina.

According to the young woman, her husband has always been a patriot, at 19 he joined the army and always said that if they were called up, he would not run and would go to serve the Motherland. However, the woman is now most outraged by the way it was done: without a summons, without a medical examination, without the opportunity to get together and say goodbye to relatives.

Recall that earlier, military lawyer Alexander Latynin told MK that in the case of “subpoena raids” we are talking about abuse of power by police officers. Law enforcement officers have the right to detain a citizen with an appropriate protocol of detention and send him to the police station.

– When drawing up a protocol of detention, each citizen should make sure that the line “where delivered” indicates the final point. Now the police officers sin by not filling it out.

Why? Because police officers are taking a citizen to the military commissariat, which exceeds their official powers. They have the right to deliver only to the police station. In the department, if a citizen has all the identity documents in his hands, he can be detained for no more than three hours.

If a citizen understands that his rights are being violated, the lawyer recommends contacting the hotline at the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In this case, a citizen needs to call the hotline of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and report a violation. If a citizen is offered to go to the military commissariat, he has the right to refuse.
