Andrei Kartapolov, head of the State Duma Committee on Defense, said that there is no need for additional mobilization in Russia. According to him, all the tasks of the Ministry of Defense are carried out as part of the recruitment of military personnel for service under the contract.

“Today there is no need, today there is an active recruitment for a contract. And all tasks are carried out within the framework of this set,” said Mr. Kartapolov TASS.
