The apartment of the family of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky in the elite residential complex “Emperor” in the Yalta village of Livadia will be put up for auction, said Chairman of the State Council of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov.
According to him, deputies of the Crimean parliament agreed on the alienation of Elena Zelenskaya’s apartment, the market value of which is 23.9 million rubles.
“As for the Zelenskys’ apartment, we have a proposal to create a museum of the fight against Nazism in it. We recommend that the new owner take up this issue,” Konstantinov wrote in his Telegram channel.
He also said that along with the apartment, objects of the sanatorium and resort industry, retail and commercial premises, including real estate of the Novacenter company, which previously belonged to Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Gerega, will be alienated. Now its cost is estimated by experts at approximately 350.6 million rubles.
Crimean authorities nationalized the apartment of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and several hundred other businesses and real estate properties owned by unfriendly foreigners last fall.
