The World Greco-Roman Wrestling Championship for the Deaf has ended

The World Greco-Roman Wrestling Championship among deaf and hard of hearing juniors, cadets and adults ended in Bishkek at the Kaba uulu Kozhomkul Sports Palace.
Following the results of the tournament in the cadets section of Greco-Roman wrestling in the weight category up to 65 kg, Artur Hakobyan won gold. Sadyraliyev Beksultan won bronze in the weight category up to 71 kg, Tariel Sadyrbekov in the weight category up to 55 kg and Ulanov Arlen took third place in the weight category up to 48 kg.
In the junior section, Abdrasul Ismailov won a gold medal in the weight category up to 60 kg, and Cholponbek uulu Syimyk won a silver medal in the weight category up to 67 kg.
Among adults, the winners of the gold medal in the weight category up to 72 kg were Suimonkul Ikramov, Nartu Abdurakhmanov in the weight category up to 97 kg and Dinmukhamed Bigeldiev in the weight category up to 67 kg. Dastan Ryspaev won the silver medal in the weight category up to 77 kg. And in the weight category up to 60 kg, Smadiyar Dzhumakadyrov and Milas Markov in the weight category up to 130 kg received bronze.
Thus, in the team competition, the Kyrgyz team took third place, Turkey took first place, and the Islamic Republic of Iran took second place.
Note that the World Championship started on September 3 and will end on September 11, 2023. In total, more than 200 athletes from 16 countries of the world take part in the tournament, and the honor of Kyrgyzstan is defended by 15 wrestlers.
